KRS 426.570: Conveyances to be made by commissioner -- Deed of partition.

Unless otherwise specially ordered by the court, the master commissioner of a Circuit

Court shall make all conveyances of real property that are authorized by law to be made

by a commissioner of the Circuit Court. In the partition of land, there shall be b ut one (1)

deed, unless otherwise ordered by the court.
