KRS 431.260: Warden's return on judgment.

The warden of the penitentiary shall make due return, on the copy of the judgment of the

court pronouncing the death sentence, of the manner, time and place of its execution by

him. The return shall be filed by the clerk of the court in the papers of the c ase in his

office.
