KRS 438.290: Penalty for violation of KRS 438.282 or 438.284.

Where this section sits in the code

Any person who knowingly violates KRS 438.282 or 438.284 shall be liable for a civil

penalty of not more than ten thousand dollars ($10,000) per violation.
