KRS 439.410: Board's order to be sufficient authority to officer in charge of state penal

institution to release from custody paroled or conditionally released prisoner.

An order of the board shall be sufficient warrant and authority to the officer in charge of

any state penal institution to release from custody any paroled prisoner or conditionally

released prisoner.
