KRS 440.480: Construction.

Where this section sits in the code

Nothing in KRS 440.450 to 440.510 or in the agreement on detainers shall be construed

to require the application of KRS 532.080 to any person on account of any conviction had

in a proceeding brought to final disposition by reason of the use of said agreement.
