KRS 441.680: Conveyance of property by authority.

The authority shall convey in fee simple and at no additional costs to the lessee, any

project to the lessee when all bonds issued under the provisions of KRS 441.625 to

441.695 in connection with said project and all interest thereon shall have been paid or a

sufficient amount for the payment of such bonds and interest thereon to the maturity

thereof shall have been set aside in trust for the benefit of the bondholders.
