KRS 447.025: Repeal of statutes enacted prior to 1942

All statute laws of the Commonwealth of a general and public nature enacted prior to the

1942 Regular Session of the General Assembly, except the Codes of Practice and such

statute laws as are continued in force by express provision in the body of sections of the

Kentucky Revised Statutes, are hereby repealed.
