KRS 45.151: Certain projects are subject to KRS Chapter 56.

All capital construction projects or capital outlays for the improvement of land or the

construction, alteration, reconstruction, or major repair of any building or other structure,

or sewage disposal or water supply system, or any bridge or road except a road and bridge

under the jurisdiction of the Department of Highways, authorized under this chapter shall

be subject to the provisions of KRS Chapter 56.
