KRS 45.290: Finance and Administration Cabinet to reconcile statements of depositories

and State Treasurer's accounts.

The Finance and Administration Cabinet shall, during the first ten (10) days of each

month, reconcile the statements furnished by the state depositories and the accounts of the

State Treasurer.
