KRS 45.310: Account of warrants and records of State Treasurer's receipts.

The Finance and Administration Cabinet shall keep an accurate account of all warrants

and certificates drawn or issued by the cabinet, showing in due succession the date and

amount of each warrant, and for what and to whom issued. The cabinet shall also ke ep

records of all receipts paid into the State Treasury.
