KRS 452.330: Recognizances of witnesses on retransfer -- Preparation for trial.

The court ordering the retransfer under KRS 452.290 shall also take the recognizance of

all witnesses for their appearance at the proper court, and make such other orders as it

considers necessary to secure a speedy and impartial trial upon the merits of the case.
