KRS 453.150: Next friend or relator, when to pay or recover costs.

A next friend or relator on a bond shall, upon failure in the action, be adjudged to pay the

defendant his costs. If the plaintiff succeeds, the next friend or relator shall be adjudged

his costs against the defendant.
