KRS 45A.184: Selection committee procedures to apply when procuring services of

construction manager-agency for a fee.

The selection committee procedures established in KRS 45A.180 shall apply when

procuring services of a construction manager -agency for a fee if t he fee amount exceeds

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000).
