KRS 45A.328: Prohibition of contract -- Conditions.

No contract shall be awarded, extended, or renewed to a bidder or contractor under this

chapter if the bidder or contractor procured an original, subsequent, or similar contract

while employing an executive agency lobbyist who was convicted of a crime rela ted to

the original, subsequent, or similar contract within five (5) years of the conviction of the

lobbyist.
