KRS 45A.535: Vendors to be informed.

The Finance and Administration Cabinet, the Legislative Research Commission and the

Administrative Office of the Courts shall, on behalf of their respective branches of state

government inform all vendors offering goods, supplies, equipment, materials, and

printing to state agencies of the requirements of KRS 45A.500 to 45A.540.
