KRS 45A.610: Purchase of starch-based plastic garbage can liners by state agencies.

By January 1, 1991, a minimum of fifteen (15) percent of the purchases of garbage can

liners by state agencies shall be starch -based plastic garbage can liners. The percentage

shall increase by five (5) percent annually until fifty (50) percent of the purc hase of

garbage can liners are purchases of starch-based plastic garbage can liners.
