KRS 45A.660: Waiver of requirements on purchase from government.

The Finance and Administration Cabinet may, for satisfactory reason consistent with its

responsibility to attempt in every practical way to ensure that state agencies are acquiring

their real needs through the application of best value criteria, waive any requirements of

this code in instances where purchases are made by the Commonwealth of Kentucky or

any agency thereof from the federal government or any agency thereof or from any other

state government or any agency thereof.
