KRS 45A.720: Contract for executioner not subject to KRS 45A.690 to 45A.725.

Agreements with an individual to provide the services of executioner for the Department

of Corrections shall not be subject to the provisions of KRS 45A.690 to 45A.725. The

identity of an individual performing the services of executioner shall remain confi dential

and shall not be considered as public record for the purposes of KRS 61.870 to 61.884.
