KRS 47.012: Pari-mutuel tax revenue to be credited to general fund.

Where this section sits in the code

All moneys paid to the Department of Revenue under the provisions of KRS 138.510 to

138.550 shall be deposited with the State Treasurer and be credited to the general

expenditure fund.
