KRS 48.050: Submission of budget unit requests.

On or before October 1 of each odd -numbered year, the head of each budget unit shall

submit its budget unit request to:

(1) The Office of State Budget Director, in the case of the executive branch;

(2) The Chief Justice, in the case of the judicial branch;

(3) The director of the Legislative Research Commission, in the case of the legislative

branch; and

(4) The Legislative Research Commission.
