KRS 48.170: Additional information.

In addition to the requirements set forth in this chapter, the standing committees of each

house or interim joint committees of the Legislative Research Commission, as

appropriate, may require additional information and shall prescribe the form in which

such additional information shall be submitted as a part of, or in support of, a branch

budget recommendation. The information shall be submitted within fourteen (14) days of

the request unless an extension is granted by the requesting staff person. The exte nsion

shall not exceed seven (7) days from the date the extension was granted.
