KRS 48.610: Schedule of quarterly allotments of appropriations.

By June 1 of the preceding fiscal year, each branch of government shall submit to the

Finance and Administration Cabinet a schedule of quarterly allotments of appropriations

for each budget unit of the branch for the next fiscal year. Allotments shall conf orm with

the appropriations in the enacted branch budget bills or other appropriation provisions.
