KRS 514.150: Possession of stolen mail matter.

(1) A person is guilty of possession of stolen mail matter when he knowingly or having

reason to believe that it has been the subject of theft in violation of KRS 514.140:

(a) Possesses;

(b) Buys;

(c) Receives;

(d) Conceals;

(e) Deals in; or

(f) Sells;

any mail matter (as defined in KRS 514.140).

(2) Possession of stolen mail matter is a Class D felony.
