KRS 524.060: Bribing a juror.

Where this section sits in the code

(1) A person is guilty of bribing a juror when he offers, confers or agrees to confer any

pecuniary benefit upon a juror with intent to influence the juror's vote, opinion,

decision or other action as a juror.

(2) Bribing a juror is a Class D felony.
