KRS 525.205: Assault on a service animal in the second degree.

Where this section sits in the code

(1) A person is guilty of assault on a service animal in the second degree when he

intentionally and without legal justification or lawful authority causes physical

injury to a service animal.

(2) Assault on a service animal in the second degree is a Class B misdemeanor.
