KRS 528.040: Conspiracy to promote gambling.

Where this section sits in the code

(1) A person is guilty of conspiracy to promote gambling when he conspires to advance

or profit from gambling activity.

(2) "Conspire" means to engage in activity constituting a criminal conspiracy as defined

in KRS 506.040.

(3) Conspiracy to promote gambling is a Class D felony.
