KRS 531.070: Exemptions.

Where this section sits in the code

The prohibitions and penalties imposed in this chapter shall not extend to persons having

a bona fide scientific, educational, governmental, or other similar justification for conduct

which would, except for such justification, be criminal under this chapter.
