KRS 531.306: Proof of actual identity, age, or existence of minor not required for

prosecution involving computer-generated image.

In any prosecution under KRS 531.300 to 531.370 where the offense involves matter or

material portraying a computer-generated image of a minor, the Commonwealth shall not

be required to prove the actual identity or age of the minor or that the minor actually

exists.
