KRS 532.240: Responsibilities of persons held in home incarceration.

Any person serving his sentence under conditions of home incarceration shall be

responsible for his food, housing, clothing, and medical care expenses, and shall be

eligible for government benefits to the same extent as a person on probation, parole,

postincarceration supervision, or conditional discharge.
