KRS 56.560: Cabinet may transfer unneeded portions of appropriations for construction

of projects from one project to another.

The cabinet may transfer unneeded portions of appropriations for construction of

particular projects from one (1) project to another or to others, whether for the same or for

a different agency, in order to secure the most efficient construction program.
