KRS 56.8179: Building and construction code requirements.

A building constructed and leased to the Commonwealth under a built -to-suit lease

agreement shall be constructed:

(a) In accordance with all applicable state and national safety, building, and

construction code requirements; and

(b) To last, at a minimum, for a period of thirty (30) years.
