KRS 56.8181: Collusion among lease proposers prohibited.

Any agreement or collusion among lease proposers or prospective lease proposers which

restrains, tends to restrain, or is reasonably calculated to restrain competition by

agreement to propose a lease with certain terms, or to refrain from proposing a lease with

certain terms or otherwise, is prohibited.
