KRS 56.822: Limited judicial review.

Judicial review of the action of the Finance and Administration Cabinet and its secretary

and the Department for Facilities Management and its commissioner in the award, or

modification, of a lease pursuant to KRS 43.050, 48.111, and 56.800 to 56.823 shall be

limited to determining whether a lease or modification to a lease was procured by fraud or

was awarded arbitrarily or capriciously.
