KRS 58.140: Condemnation.

Where this section sits in the code

In the event a governmental agency is unable to acquire, by purchase or agreement, any

real property deemed necessary for the purposes of a public project, such agency may

acquire the same by condemnation. The procedure for condemnation shall be as provide d

in the Eminent Domain Act of Kentucky.
