KRS 58.205: Issuance of revenue bonds for housing project outside jurisdictional

boundaries.

After July 12, 2006, no city, county, charter county, urban -county, consolidated local

government, or special district shall issue revenue bonds as provided in this chapte r for

any housing project which is located outside the jurisdictional boundaries of the issuing

entity without the express written consent of the elected legislative body of the city,

county, charter county, urban -county, or consolidated local government i n which the

housing project will be located.
