KRS 6.130: Collection of fine.

If a fine is imposed under KRS 6.080, it may be collected by action in the Franklin

Circuit Court by the Attorney General, in the name of the Commonwealth, and the

proceedings shall be the same as in civil cases instituted by the Commonwealth for the

collection of debt.
