KRS 6.161: Journals.

Where this section sits in the code

The chief clerk of each house shall furnish a correct journal of its proceedings for each

day to the Legislative Research Commission as soon as the journal is approved by the

house. The Legislative Research Commission shall carefully compare or have compar ed

the proofs of the journals.
