KRS 6.210: Certification for payment of compensation and travel allowance of members

of General Assembly.

The compensation and travel allowance of the President of the Senate, Speaker of the

House of Representatives, and members of both houses of the General Assem bly shall be

paid on the certificate of the co -chairmen of the Legislative Research Commission of the

amount due.
