KRS 6.500: Legislators' Retirement Plan -- Creation.

There hereby is created a retirement plan for the members of the General Assembly

(hereinafter "legislators"). Each legislator in office on July 1, 1980, and each legislator

thereafter taking office, may acquire membership in the plan in accordance with th e

provisions of KRS 6.505.
