KRS 6.809: Registration fee -- Trust and agency account.

(1) Each employer of one (1) or more legislative agents shall pay a registration fee of

two hundred fifty dollars ($250) to the commission.

(2) All fees collected by the commission under the provisions of this section shall be

deposited in the State Treasury i n a trust and agency fund account to the credit of

the commission. These agency funds shall be used to supplement general fund

appropriations to the commission.
