KRS 600.060: No diminishment of court's inherent contempt power -- Exception.

Notwithstanding any other provision of KRS Chapter 600 to 645, the inherent contempt

power of the court shall not be diminished, except that an order of detention for a child

found in contempt shall not exceed thirty (30) days.
