KRS 605.093: Day treatment programs of Department of Juvenile Justice.

By August 1, 2000, the Department of Juvenile Justice shall provide, based on available

general fund appropriations, a day treatment program accessible to every school district in

each judicial region of the state. The day treatment programs shall combine therapeutic

and academic services.
