KRS 605.150: Authority to promulgate administrative regulations.

(1) The cabinet may promulgate administrative regulations to implement the provisions

of this chapter.

(2) The Department of Juvenile Justice may promulgate administrative regulations to

implement the provisions of this chapter.

(3) The cabinet and the departm ent shall not promulgate administrative regulations

under this chapter that conflict.
