KRS 605.990: Penalties.

Where this section sits in the code

(1) Any person who intentionally violates any provision of this chapter, other than KRS

605.080(4), shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor.

(2) Any person who intentionally violates KRS 605.080(4), shall be guilty of a

violation.
