KRS 61.500: Retroactive effect of KRS 61.410 to 61.500.

The provisions of KRS 61.410 to 61.500 shall be retrospective to January 1, 1951, and

any agreement entered into pursuant to it may be made with retroactive effect to January

1, 1951, or any date thereafter.
