KRS 61.799: Severability clause.

If any provision of KRS 61.791 to 61.799 or the application thereof to any person or

circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect other provisions or

applications of KRS 61.791 to 61.799 that can be given effect without the invalid

provision or application, and to this end the provisions of KRS 61.791 to 61.799 are

severable.
