KRS 610.150: Authority of Circuit Court.

Upon the entry of a dispositional order and an appeal being filed, all issues relating to

detention, custody, or participation in court -ordered programs may be reviewed by the

Circuit Court upon motion being filed by the child with notice to the county and

Commonwealth's attorney.
