KRS 64.005: Clerk's fee for filing bond or release on recognizance.

Where this section sits in the code

(1) The clerks of the Supreme Court, the Court of Appeals, and the Circuit Courts shall

collect a fee of twenty -five dollars ($25) for taking or filing any bond or release on

recognizance.

(2) Such fee shall be deposited in the general fund of the State Treasury.
