KRS 64.210: Allowance to constables and deputies in counties containing first-class city.

Fiscal courts of counties containing a city of the first class shall authorize the payment of

two hundred dollars ($200) per month out of the county treasury to constables an d deputy

constables using their own automobile in the performance of their official duties.
