KRS 65.027: Reciprocal preference to be given to resident bidders by local governments.

(1) As used in this section, "local government" means city, county, urban -county,

consolidated local government, charter county, unified local government, or special

district.

(2) For all contracts awarded by a local government, the local government shall apply

the reciprocal preference for resident bidders described in KRS 45A.494.
